Quick Answers
How long does it take to build my website?
For my main packages I use a pre-built template specifically designed for trades, so the structure’s ready to go, so they’re typically ready within 7-10 days.
Custom websites take longer understandably.
What do I need to send you to get started?
Once you’ve signed up, I’ll send a quick form. For Starter sites, you’ll send your words and images. For Sorted or Supported, I’ll just need some info about your business – I’ll handle the rest.
Can I use my own domain name and email?
Yep – if you’ve already got one, I’ll work with it.
If not, I include a free .co.uk domain and business email with all packages.
Can I update the site myself later on?
I don’t typically provide back-end access, as that’s where things tend to go wrong. Instead, I offer plans that include a set amount of time each month for tweaks and updates, so your site always stays fresh without the risk of breaking anything.
Is this a one-off cost or is there a contract?
It’s a monthly payment with a minimum 12-month commitment. After that, it rolls month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
What if I’m not sure which option I need?
No problem – drop me a message and we’ll help you figure out what’s best.
No pressure, no pushy sales chat.
Or you could buy the cheaper option to begin with and move on to a custom website when the need arises.
