Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PipeDream Digital’s website and services. By purchasing a service or making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Services Provided
PipeDream Digital provides the following services:
Website packages for tradespeople and other industries
Custom website design and build services
Website hosting, management and support (where applicable)
Additional website-related services
Digital resources available for purchase
The specific scope of work for each project is defined by the agreed package description, by email or written proposal.
2. Payments
Payments are processed via Stripe.
Website packages
Website packages are provided on a recurring monthly payment basis. Payments are taken automatically from the purchase date.
Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover recurring charges. Monthly payments are required for the website to remain live.
Custom website builds
Custom website builds may be paid for either upfront or via staged payments, including a monthly payment option where offered. The payment structure and amounts will be outlined in the agreed proposal or confirmed in writing.
The initial payment covers time spent on project setup, structure, design and content refinement and is non-refundable once work has started.
3. Failed payments
If a payment fails, the client will be contacted to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If payment is not brought up to date within 7 days, PipeDream Digital reserves the right to suspend the website and associated services until payment is resolved.
4. Service cancellation and term length
Website packages
Website packages are provided on a minimum 12-month term. By purchasing a website package, the client agrees to this minimum commitment.
Website packages are an ongoing hosted service. Monthly payments are required for the website to remain live. If payments stop or the package is cancelled at any point, the website and associated services will be taken offline, regardless of whether the minimum term has been completed.
Website packages do not include ownership of the website, platform or hosting.
Early termination does not remove the obligation to complete the agreed minimum term.
Custom website builds (monthly payment option)
Custom website builds offered on a monthly payment basis are provided over a minimum 12-month term. Monthly payments during this period cover the cost of design, build and delivery of the website and cannot be cancelled early.
If payments stop during the agreed term, PipeDream Digital reserves the right to suspend the website until payments are brought up to date.
Early termination does not remove the obligation to complete the agreed payment term.
After the 12-month term (custom builds only)
Once the minimum 12-month term has been completed and all payments have been made, ownership of the website transfers to the client.
At this point, the website may either:
Remain hosted and supported by PipeDream Digital under the Supported package, or
Be handed over to the client if they choose to manage hosting and maintenance elsewhere.
PipeDream Digital will provide a reasonable handover of the website where applicable.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not available once work has begun or significant progress has been made on a project.
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if no work has started.
Once a website has been built, partially built, or delivered in line with the agreed scope, no refunds will be issued.
6. Website Content & Information Submission
Clients are responsible for providing all required content, images and information needed to complete their website.
For website packages, content must be submitted within 6 months of the purchase date. Email reminders may be sent to assist with this process.
Where contact is maintained, this deadline may be extended at PipeDream Digital’s discretion.
If required content or information is not provided within the agreed timeframe, the website build may be paused. Recurring payments will continue during this period, as the service remains active and project capacity has been allocated. Work will resume once the required information is received.
If a project remains paused for an extended period, PipeDream Digital reserves the right to reschedule or close the project.
7. Scope of Work & Revisions
The scope of work is defined by the agreed package, by email or written proposal.
Reasonable revisions are included as part of the service. Requests that involve significant changes to agreed layouts, structure, functionality or direction may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Design frameworks and templates provided as part of website packages remain the intellectual property of PipeDream Digital and may not be reused outside of the service provided.
Clients retain ownership of the content and images they supply.
For custom website builds, ownership of the website transfers to the client once full payment has been received.
9. Domains & Email Services
Domain registration
Where included, PipeDream Digital may register and manage a domain on the client’s behalf. The domain remains under PipeDream Digital’s management for the duration of the service. Domain transfer can be facilitated upon request.
Email services
Email setup assistance may be provided, but PipeDream Digital is not responsible for email migration issues, data loss, or service disruption during domain transfers. Clients are responsible for backing up emails and arranging alternative email services if required.
Clients may choose to manage their own domain and email services. In this case, PipeDream Digital’s responsibility is limited to the website services outlined in the agreed package or proposal.
10. Hosting & Support
Where hosting and support are provided, PipeDream Digital will take reasonable steps to maintain website uptime and security.
Clients choosing to take full control of their website after completion will be provided with brief handover instructions. Ongoing maintenance and support are not included unless agreed separately.
11. Liability
PipeDream Digital cannot guarantee specific business results, enquiry levels or revenue from any website.
While reasonable steps are taken to secure websites, PipeDream Digital is not liable for data breaches, hacking, downtime or third-party service failures.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content or images they provide.
12. Reviews
PipeDream Digital may contact clients after project completion to request feedback or a review.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Wales and the United Kingdom.
