What’s included in the monthly price?
Your website package includes hosting, SSL security, a .co.uk domain, a professional business email address and website maintenance. What else is included depends on the package you choose, so you can pick the level of help that suits your business.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee covers the technical work needed to get everything ready for your new website, including setting up your hosting, domain and business email.
If you already have a domain or business email elsewhere, it also covers the work involved in transferring or connecting these to your new website where needed.
It’s a one-off fee when you get started and isn’t charged again.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. All website packages have a 12-month minimum term. After the first 12 months, your package continues on a 30-day rolling basis.
Are there any other website costs?
Everything you need to run your website is included in your package, including hosting, SSL security, a .co.uk domain and business email.
If you ever ask for work that falls outside your package, I’ll let you know the cost before doing anything.
Can I move to another package later?
Yes. If you start with one package and later decide you need more help from me, you can move to a higher package.
So if you start with Starter and eventually want me to write content or develop more of the website, you’re not stuck with the package you originally chose.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your website doesn’t disappear and you don’t need to buy another one. Your monthly package simply continues on a 30-day rolling basis, covering your website, hosting and the ongoing services included in your package.
What if I already have a website?
That’s fine. I can build your new PipeDream Digital website while your existing website stays live, then switch everything over once your new website is ready.
If you already own your domain, we can use that for your new website too.
Which package is right for my business?
If you already have your content and images, Starter will probably give you everything you need.
If you’d rather tell me about your business and have me write the content and sort the website for you, look at Supported.
If you want your website to keep developing after launch with new pages targeting more services and locations, Growth is likely to be the better fit.
