How quickly can my website be ready?

Supported websites are typically ready within 7–10 working days once I’ve received the information I need, depending on availability.

Is there a minimum contract?

Yes. All website packages have a 12-month minimum term.

This allows me to keep your website hosted, maintained and supported rather than simply building it and disappearing. After the initial 12 months, you can continue with your package or cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Do I need to write the website content?

No. That’s one of the main differences between Starter and Supported. Tell me about your business and I’ll write the website content for you.

Do I need to provide my own photos?

Send me any good-quality photos you already have and I can use them where suitable. I can also source professional stock images where needed.

Can I change my website after it goes live?

Yes. Small content changes are included with Supported, so you can contact me when something needs updating.

Do I need to already have a domain name?

No. A .co.uk domain is included, or we can use an existing domain if you already have one.

Can I upgrade to Growth later?

Yes. If you decide you want to start developing the website further with additional service and area pages, you can move up to Growth.
